Current AI ecosystems suffer from three critical limitations:

* Closed monetization: Payments are processed through proprietary platforms, making interoperability impossible.
* Lack of verifiable settlement: There is no common standard to authenticate or record micro-transactions between agents.
* No machine-to-machine economy: Agents cannot autonomously contract services from one another; every interaction depends on human intermediaries.

Without a native transaction layer, intelligence remains non-fungible and economically inert.
